Services provided include but are not limited to performing an all-inclusive physical and mental health assessment of the client’s mental status, history of violence, suicidal or self-harm behavior, substance use, trauma, social and developmental history; psychiatric disorders and treatment by integrating Psychotherapy and Psychopharmacology interventions. As an independent psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am culturally diverse and competent in providing mental health services across the health wellness-illness continuum and lifespan: children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population in the community.
